Guest with pets,
We regret
that due to insurance restrictions we must ask you to please read
the following and sign below if you wish to stay (or visit) with your
pet. From experience we have found that owners who wish to holiday
with their pets usually have very well behaved pets and are very responsible
so our policy is not to charge for pets to stay with you. Charges
will apply if you fail to comply with these conditions.
Your
pets are accepted on the following conditions.
1. Owners/guardians will clean up any faeces, seal it in a plastic
bag and dispose in the rubbish bins provided.
2. Animals will not be allowed to urinate in the
sandpit or near other playground equipment.
3. Your pets are not allowed into the animal pens/paddocks
on the property.
4. Your pet must be kept under control near other guests (especially
children).
5. Your pet is not to be left for long periods of time if they become
anxious in your absence and will create a noise disturbance to other
guests.
6. Any damage to furniture, curtains, linens etc caused by your pet
will be charged at appropriate repair or replacement rate.
7. Animals are not allowed in the swimming pool area.

is involved in any incident relating to another guest, visitor, staff,
owners family or owners animals we will co-operate with police investigation.

for the actions of our animal or make Swan Valley Holiday Cottages
responsible for our animals’ behaviour or security.
