Booking
restrictions:
Children will always be charged when a bed is required.
Minimum of 2 nights on public holidays & long weekends.
Minimum of 3 nights school holidays, Easter & Christmas breaks.
Deposit
policy:
Required with
in 7 days of booking to confirm reservation.
Single night reservations = Full payment required
as deposit
2+ nights = 1st night
week + = $400.00 per week
Cancellation
Policy:
15+ days
in advance - deposit refunded less $5.00 admin fee
14 or less
days in advance - no refunds available unless the cottage is rebooked.
Premature
departure - no refunds of nights not used unless cottage is rebooked.
Pets
Policy:
Please advise at time of reservation if you are bringing a pet with
you. Pets are accepted at the managers discretion. A pets disclaimer
will need to be signed on check-in.
